Woeful broadband speeds

    Hi

    Home broadband speeds have never been great but have gone to hell in the last 10 days.

    On Next Generation Broadband Regular.

    Latest speed test [from the Eircom site].

    Wired
    Download 0.11MB
    Upload 0.17MB

    Wireless
    Download 0.13MB
    Upload 0.21MB

    Any suggestions?

    The best section to report this issue to is our support team on 1890 260 260 (option 0) They'll troubleshoot with you to identify the issue and hopefully resolve it.
