cost for floor laying

    Hi CAn anyone tell me how much I should be paying for over 200 sq yards semisolid floor to get laid?
    Also a rough price for 1000 yards of skirting too.
    All the room are rectangle and large so not too many tricky corners!

    Around 2k plus vat for floor. Around 2.5k plus vat for skirting

    That is a lot of skirting circa 915M. It would depend on the material being used. If hardwood you will do well to get it less than €5-7/m but if a soft wood of MDF you should get it done from around €3-4/m

    The general rate for floors is between €16 and 18 per m2 (you have roughly 168m2)
