    http://shop.gamerfinger.com/

Pre-orders are open for these - the new, improved-design HBSF-G2 Cherry-microswitch silent buttons.
Now available in Black & White rim versions ($4.99 each) and Crystal ($5.99 each), and in both 30mm (standard) and 24mm ("start"-button) sizes.

These are a seriously good deal.
Available with a choice of 4 different types of Cherry MX microswitches (red, blue, black & brown - more here) each with a rated lifespan of 50 million presses (50x Sanwa's), they're also much quieter than Sanwa's offering.

Currently they're running a pre-order discount of 15%, but I have a code for 20% off and am willing to split shipping with anyone who wants in.

I'll be ordering on either the 13th or 14th of September, so get in quick!

I'll take eight of the white rimmed 30mm buttons and one black 24mm.

Really wish they'd make fully white ones though.

I would think the plungers can be swapped out for regular Sanwa ones.

    EDIT

In case anyway doesn't scroll down to Kiki's comment or misses it; I WAS WRONG!

So the buttons make less noise :pac:

    There too damn loud

also life cycle is apparently much longer

  • Registered Users Posts: 241 ✭✭Kanped

And you can pick your microswitches. Damn reds are too easy to press accidentally.

  • Registered Users Posts: 547 ✭✭✭ladnopoka

but with silent buttons its hard to hear your 1f link timings from button presses :/

  • Registered Users Posts: 215 ✭✭Ixayek_usurper

I'd be really interested to hear some review's from you guys on your respective buttons.
    These look like great products.

    @Ladno
For me its a practicality thing.
Less noise means I don't piss off my gf/bro's/whom-ever is in my locality so much... :-/

I'm having a serious problem with MK and HK. They are displaying a slightly delayed input, to the point where I can't press focus attack for instance. They also trigger a few times if held down and wobbled in place. Really weird.

Seems more like a wiring or PCB problem to me but if you have a multimeter, you could find out pretty easily by putting the contacts on the button and pressing it.

    EDIT:
Just checked one of mine with that and it works fine; no delay and I couldn't replicate the multiple input/wobble problem. You could have gotten a bad button or two, though, but the design seems sound. I guess check your wiring in case it's a bit loose or something.
