om-effing-g........got my Toshiba laptop to a point where it was ACTUALLY trouble-free on Saturday and it installed a w8 upgrade, now it won't pick up my 02 dongle - am just going to run a factory reset, but can't find that on the system system restore takes 6 hours and just comes up with an error message after 6…
