I can't really complain when we have signed Ozil! Fantastic signing. Hopefully ba is just on loan ad we get one of our main targets next year. Would have liked another big big signing tho.

In a way, Spurs got shafted. Yes they got a world record fee, but they could have had 50m + a better player in Ozil if they had any brains. :P

Im not overly pleased with Ba, he couldn't cut it at Chelsea and I'm not sure he'll cut it with us. I hope I'm wrong.

As a United fan, can i stress how jealous I'll be of you guys if you get Ozil. Not saying he's what we need or anything. Just think he's a fantastic player and will likely see me watching far more Arsenal games over the next few years.

Perhaps they tried but Ozil apparently was reluctant to come to us so why would he go to a team like Spurs, not in the Champions League and selling their best player.

A better athlete? No. A more skilful player? Absolutely. Bale has great impact though, and is a match winner.

I think van persie and suarez are both better players than bale. Bale is a beast though.

Both are great players but one has been massively over rated in the past couple of seasons.

Bale is grossly overrated, if he's better than Ozil (debatable IMO) then it's marginal. At the quoted fees I'd take Ozil all day everyday.

Don't fall for the hype and mega fee. He hasn't actually done that much yet. Not saying he isn't an amazing player with phenomenal potential (that he really started to live up to last year), he is, but maybe wait for a few more major accomplishments before suggesting he's the 3rd best player in the world.
