Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    What are High Court fees for Ex Parte Application now? €60 or €138?

    I think, but stand to be corrected, that its €60 for an ex parte docket for an application in proceedings which are already in being eg substituted service.

    Any proceedings that are commenced by way of originating notice of motion, petition etc has the higher fee of €138.
