BOI 365online working for you?

    Hi all,

    I have a Bank of Ireland online current account. Since Saturday last week I have been unable to transfer money. All other functions work, just can't wire money.

    I have emailed BOI looking for info. Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem for when they reply.

    You might be waiting a long time for a reply.
    Can you not ring them or at least ask one of their reps on the bank of ireland page they have on boards?

    The email is the internal service. They guarantee a reply within 48 hrs. I've used it before and they did respond quickly.

    I'm abroad at the mo so don't want to phone their number. 30 minutes listening to their music doesn't appeal to me.

    I'll await their reply. I just wanted to see if it was the case everyone was affected.
