Where can i recyle old duvet & pillows for shredding or for animals bedding?

Hi, Where in Tralee if possible to recyle old duvet & pillow like clothes bank but for shredding to be reuse? Or to re-make into animals bedding say for dogs pounds or shelter if they would?
