Unusual meats in Galway/Mayo?

Anyone know where I could purchase unusual meats (other than chicken/beef/pork) in the West, or perhaps even somewhere to order online? Open to trying anything once. I lived abroad in the past and loved to experiment with meats like ostrich, kangaroo and various game meats but can't find anything like that here.
