What's the general procedure for having a phone line activated in a house for the first time. Do eircom activate it even though I probably won't be going with them?

Hi King Krib,

It depends on which company you chose however majority use the Eircom phone line. If you contact our sales team on 1800 503 303 they'll be able to explore all your options.
