Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Is there any way of changing it?

The current system of bill you on x day and a month later take the money is confusing me. I have 365 online,so I suppose I could pay the bill when I get it, but then what happens a month later when they normally take the money automatically.

    Hi jeffk,

    Thanks for posting.

If you make a manual transfer to your credit card the direct debit will automatically alter itself. For this to happen the transfer needs to be made at least three working days before the direct debit is due to present on your current account.

The card can be added as a payee by clicking Add a Bill and the 16 digit credit card number needs to be entered in the reference field.

    Thanks
    Tara
