This won't be for everyone but some may be interested in it !

10K run/walk in Corkagh Park in Clondalkin on Saturday 19 October. Organised jointly between The Laurels Charity Crew and the Ciarán Carr Foundation to raise money to put defibrillators in all 26 schools in the Clondalkin area. It's a new event which may vere more towards a 'fun run' but is chip timed.
