Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    hi

any ideas on what is causing the following please ?

zanussi aquacycle 1000 9 years old, worked fine for years. Tonight out of the blue started to make a high pitched noise like an electric drill during the spin cycle. No other signs of trouble.

The drum is spinning like it is slightly off centre ? Like a buckled wheel on a bike ?

Some movement on the drum when it is manually rocked to and fro, and slight scraping when it is rotated by hand.

checked various diy forums, suggestions seem to indicate bearings gone.

All advice and recommendations on repairman in blanchardstown area very welcome. Also advice on repair versus replace...

    Thanks in advance

one of the arms attached to the back of the drum has snapped which is allowing the drum to rub off the heater element , time to take her great indoors to the showrooms.
