    Hi Glebson,

    Thank you for contacting us through Boards.

    Are you referring to a Direct Debit going to SIPTU?  If so you can cancel a Direct Debit on 365 online.  If you are not registered for 365 online, you can contact Banking 365 directly and a representative will be happy to assist you.
