Filling Gaps round ESB Box

I reckon filling the gaps with a smear of concrete is a no no. Any suggestions to seal gaps or cover the whole area with a sheet of something that wont require any maintenace. Looking for an instant solution, not interested in growing a bush in front of it etc as I don't have the miles left on the clock to wait for that to…
