Error message when opening email

    Hi i have an eircom email account and for the past while i cannot get into it. The message below keeps coming up.Iive ticked the TLS & SSL boxes in the options on my computer but still no joy. Eircom give an option to tick for a basic version of email and i can get in ths way to my email. I used to be able to get in in the advanced version but not anymore, can anyone help??

    • Make sure the web address https://vzmbx17.eircom.net is correct.
    • Look for the page with your search engine.
    • Refresh the page in a few minutes.
    • Make sure TLS and SSL protocols are enabled. Go to Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Settings > Security
