    Hello all.Went to a podromist this morning she said my feet will need insole maybe specially made. For 350.. She also gave me exercises to do at home more for the back of my calf mussle.. I walk 7 miles a day can someone recommend an excellent walking trainer and any advise on elerverys insoles that are gait analyst thank you

    Hi

    Have the Footanalysis Insoles. Got 2 types, 1 for Football boots and 1 for Trainers.

    Wear them everyday now and hip feels much better.:D

    Got mine in Killarney and the staff were great
