    I've a few bits and pieces to get yet, as I said it's a work in progress. Once I've all the components I'll look at a new remote.

    Adorable AND mannerly, my Dog who is essentially a fat cat(sheds hair, licks herself constantly & yet acts superior to you) would be on my bed & pillow when given the chance. :o

    My Mancave is so bland but my games are strewn across my room (100 360 Games, 45 DS Games and about a dozen PS3 & 3DS games, got a Vita too). Started putting older ones on top of my closet

    Now that's a mancave!

    I still haven't seen a single one that I could call, with a level-head, a "cave". And besides that, none of them have been made of men.

    Disappointing thread.

    Shadowhearth, you need to sort that carpet out !
    I've not seen anything like it since the late 80's early 90's :P

    Aside from that it's all good :D

    Ah man, I know. To make it worse - its all over the house. :) We rented out this house only 3 months ago and we are very very happy here. The carpets shocked me at the start, but now I am used to them. :)

    What are the projectors like quality wise compared to a great HD TV?

    (says the man with €46.50 in his pocket).

    Bout time I got myself a new PC - can barely play WoW now on my current setup... even at lowest settings, in 25m raids my fps drops below 10 during encounters >_<;

    Yeah, I think it's odd the way a lot of people don't realise the min requirements have jumped up immensely over the years. I remember playing WoW with max settings on a Nvidia 7800 card. 3 years later, it struggled with low settings. Without even getting into their expansion packs. Which I never saw the point in.

    TVs have a lot brighter picture and there's the problem of light during the day but the picture sharpness is the same.

    After some time with a projector most HD TVs I see now seem too bright. It's not that the image isn't bright on the projector screen but there is a difference between a backlit TV screen and a projector. I'd imagine the projector is kinder on the eyes since you're not staring at a light bulb.

    I watch a lot of 480 and 720 stuff and it's perfectly fine on the big screen. The major difference is in the blacks though. Low quality stuff washes out blacks and you don't get really good black colours unless your viewing 720 or above.

    Here's mine.

    Two most important parts of any man cave in my opinion. The chair, and the tv. That chair has speakers, a fridge, massage functions and electric footrest. :o

    And people who say that size doesn't matter are lying. 100 inches baby! :D
