Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I'm a BoI customer with a personal current account, and a Visa credit card through the BoI too. To make budgeting easier, I'd like to open another personal current account and apply for another Visa credit card.

Would you tell me please, is there anything I need to know before I go down to my local BoI branch with my passport and recent utility bill?

    Hi Immaculata,

You will need to contact your branch first to arrange an appointment with a customer adviser.  They will be happy to discuss this with you in more detail.

You can find the contact details for your branch here.

    Thanks

    Seán
