    I was in a hotel last week and I saw the attached and it looks very nice and my misses wants to buy one so can you kindly identify this plant?

    Those are Begonias. You should be able to find them in any decent garden centre.

    They are the small fibrous rooted begonias which are used as bedding, you are not really likely to get them now as they are grown for the summer.
