Hi guys, im looking for a nice large TV.

Budget is in and around 1.3-1.5k euro.

    3D is not an issue.

    Looking at this and this.

Any suggestions ? It would also need to be delivered to Co.Limerick.

    Cheers for the post.

My suggestion would be to avoid the 60" is you are looking for the best picture quality possible and not overly worried about the extra 5".

The Samsung 55 6500 that you linked to is a brilliant and would be my personal choice.

It's a 400Hz with wifi on board, excellent smart system with pretty much the most comprehensive smart system available. It's beautifully styled and has USB recording, freesat, saorview and is active 3D.

It's a seriously good TV and delivery would be £39.95 to anywhere in Ireland.

It comes with the 5 year warranty as well which covers it anywhere in Ireland for an at-home collection.

That's the TV that I would go for.

    Thanks for the advice Dave.

Will you give me a Euro price incl delivery ?

    Thanks,

    Ole.

Edit: i viewed some tvs today and side by side comparrison with the 55 and 60 didnt compare to the 47 sony and panasonic screens on display for simular money, so with that in mind will you price these 2 for me in euro delivered and if you could again recommend something that would be great.

    Hi Ole,

Thanks for getting back to us.

We can offer the 47 ET60 at £849.95 with a free 5 year guarantee and shipping to anywhere in ROI.

On the Sony they're both pretty much the same screen.  The only real difference is the surround on the screen.  the 807 is silver where the 805 is black.

Current price on the 47 805 is £999.95 with a free 5 year guarantee.  Delivery on this would be just £39.95 to anywhere in ROI.

Let me know what you think.

Is the Euro price whatever the exchange rate is on the day ?

    Hi again,

We have a set Euro rate here in the store as we have to pay commission on putting Euro payments through.

We can accept either Sterling or Euro payments.  If the payment is put through in Sterling then the conversion would be whatever rate your bank works on.

    Hi again,

We work on 0.82 here in the store.

Depending on what rate your bank charge putting it through in Sterling could work out better.
