    Why is it that I can't view all my bills online . Some months are missing, i.e January, May and July.

    Hi Joe,

    The online team are aware of an issue with the billing history visibility on 'my eircom'. It is being worked on and we hope to have some news in the next few months.

    I can send the hard copies in the meantime if you wish?
