Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Will the older iPhones like the 4 and 4s not be able to use network data? If they are not optimised for 4G will they be able to use the network but kept at 3G speeds or will they be completely obsolete?

They would still operate as they do now and use data over 2G and 3G. It's possible they may even get better speeds as less people would be using 3G so decreasing the amount of people per cell.

Everything will still work as is. 4g is just another addition to the family of 2g and 3g.but to avail of 4g you will need a 4g sim and 4g enabled device. But these, like anything 3g will be able to drop back down to the next level of network (2g). So if you loose 4g reception, next step down will be 3g.

There is no way the operators will end 3G service for a hell of a long time yet. Think of all of the users of other phones.
