MF 135 oil leakes

hi I have a 135 which has recently started leaking oil in several places. it was left up for a few years but has been used fairly regularly for about 3 years and done alot of work this summer topping with the fingerbar mower. i was wondering is this a sign of seals that need to be replaced or oil needing to be replaced.…

front shaft, manual had pump, out of the top of the engine and back into the clutch.
