Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Was in London 2 weeks ago and was told I needed appointment for a faulty charger so I guess you'll need one as well. There was a 2-3 hour wait for the first available one...
In the end one of the sales guys swapped mine for a new one (without the wait). You can ring to make an appointment. Not easier to just get apple to post you a new one?

Best to make an appointment just in case. You don't wanna arrive and be told they can't see to you.

They're usually pretty hectic so worth getting an appointment.
