Eircom downloading duplicate emails on Windows Live Mail

    Hi,

    My dad using Eircom with Windows Live Mail (latest version) and last night and this morning it seems to downloading a load of messages that are already in his mailbox and marking the new version as unread. 190 odd so far.

    Is there any issue on Eircom's side of things?

    When you use a third party client (windows mail / outlook)  they may have it set to download the e-mails from the eircom server / platform.

    Are the e-mails still visible when you log into the website directly?
