Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Anybody got any thoughts on this as a stick to turn a TV into a smart tv?

    http://www.ibood.com/ie/en/product_specs/39793/_MK809III_Rockchip_Android_422_uad-Core_Mini-PC/

I'm getting fed up waiting for the Chromecast and this might tempt me if it would be a worthy alternative for the price on IBOOD?

I've never really kept up with Android mini PC's though so if anyone has some knowledge on these could they let us know if this one is any good?

It's not a particularly good price. I'm using the K-R42 from Geekbuying at the moment and find it fantastic, think it's about €60

I got the MK809ii from a seller on adverts. It's a brilliant device and the MK809iii looks even better.

I paid about 60 for mine but it was delivered in two days. If I didn't already own a stick, I would gladly pay 60 for the mk809iii.

It's a fully functional android device - it just has no gps, gyroscope, accelerometer etc but everything else is like a phone.

You can also connect loads of peripherals such as mouse, keyboard, external hdd, xbox joypad etc.

I use mine mainly for emulator gaming and as a media player.
