Hi,

I was asked by my boss to do some work on our warehouse cctv. To cut the story short the administrator was fired but unfortunately for us he changed the username and password so I can't access the control panel, so I'm wondering maybe someone knows if there is a master/ technician username & password that overwrites the current password?

Hi Koolkid,

Thank you for you input but unfortunately I've tried that but after I rebooted the pc it didn't ask me for a new password.

I take it you tried the default? admin admin ?

I don't know of any back door on the Geovision I'm afraid.

I've tried all common combinations but to no avail
