    Why  did I get a letter from the communications workers union saying that I would loose paper billing if I didnt return a request to eircom for it. Is it true?

    Hi hughjohn

    We are looking to gradually phase out paper billing as the primary billing method in the future. However we have not been advised of any complete cessation of hard copy bill being sent out. It is still an option for customers.
