Withdraw money with account number?(URGENT)

Hi I urgently need to withdraw 50 euro or so but I do not have my account number on me. I am also waiting on my bank card in the post so I do not have that either. Is it possible to withdraw money by giving an in-bank employee my name, DOB, address etc and presenting an ID such as my drivers license? Thanks.

Yes it is. Just make sure you have ID!
