Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Weird problem with Samsung tablet - any suggestions?

A friend of mine recently bought a Samsung Galaxy s wifi 5.0 mini tablet. It's in perfect working order, so no real complaints there. The problem is it's setting off shop anti-theft alarms all over the place. Walking in and out of supermarkets is getting to be a real hassle now, and because he bought it online (via amazon)…

Walking in and out of supermarkets is getting to be a real hassle now, and because he bought it online (via amazon) simply taking it back to the shop isn't the option he wants to take.

Anyone ever hear of this, and if so is there any way the user can remedy this without the need to return it?

No dice. That was the first thing he did and says there's nothing. Plus it was bought online and so didn't come with an electronic security tag anyway.
