Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I'm in the process of buying a new telly for the house, only problem is i cant decide whether to buy a smart tv OR get a normal plasma and upgrade my UPC to Horizon?

Long story short i want access to the internet on my telly.

Can any of your wise forummers advise and what you would do in my shoes?

    many thanks

Horizon is good and has wide selection of apps but no browser. You could always hook up laptop to new plasma via HDMI and buy a wireless keyboard. Surf the internet from the comfort of your sofa. Would save you a few quid on buying smart tv.

You can change that in the settings.

It would be a setting on your computer not the telly.

Go into control panel and click speakers,
With the tv conected via hdmi you should see your tv listed as a device.
Right click it and set it as default device.
    Simples!
