    its another issue why men stay away from the caring field.

    This practice is only allowed as the disability services are not inspected st present, according to the HSE they are currently drawing up the legislation. Once the area is being inspected they will have to employ qualified or people who are training. A company is not meant to have more unqualified employees than qualified
