    Hi Tony. I placed an order yesterday to switch back to Eircom and was told I would get a confirmation email which didn't show up. I'll PM you my details to confirm if the order went through.

    I got your PM thanks, I will need to check the transfer with the winback team. As far as I am aware it can take a few working days before you get the confirmation e-mail.

    However I hopefully should be back to you today.

    I have confirmed the winback was received today. You should get an e-mail as advised in the next few days. The transfer should complete within 10 days.
