    Hello,

    Can anyone help with this, I checked all possible websites but couldn't find the answer. When I'm on unpaid maternity leave, can my hubby claim for me and the baby as qualified adult and child. Thanks!!

    Yes he can. You will need a letter from your employer confirming you are on unpaid leave and both of you can be added to his claim.
