Not able to log on

Hia I haven't been able to log onto 365 banking for about 2 weeks now. Everytime I enter my User ID and DOB/4 digits I am re-directed back to the log on page. I can't get any further than that. Is there something wrong with the site ?

Although if you are continually experiencing issues, please call Banking 365 directly and a representative can go through the troubleshooting and get to the bottom of the issue for you.
