Was only a few days ago Mick Greene was complimenting the town on its position in the tidy towns. If only the inspectors were here now. Anyone else getting that woeful smell? Apparently its all over the town according to the radio and according to facebook its been around some areas for a few days, what could it possibly be?

Aldi in Callan or Tesco in Kilkenny won't solve it, nor is it Phil Hogans fault

It's rank. Rumour has it that someone was slurry spreading too close to town or that a pipe burst down near the Loreto (but the smell isn't down that end of town).

Heard it was a certain large agri company spreading waste from one of their processes...
