I have just started a level 8 degree in the past week.
I have received a letter from the college stating that I may not be entitled to free fees for it.
I have previously completed a 2 year certificate in UL. I have also done another certificate in an IT, but I paid for that particular part-time course.
I have never dropped out of a college or have never entered a degree course, will I be ineligible for free fees?
