Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Can someone tell me is there an actual part that can stop working all of a sudden? The GF's 4s recently started dropping wifi and then won't reconnect. While two iPads and another iPhone have no issues at all. I've tried the usual reset router, reset network settings and tonight I will try a full restore.

Try turning off wifi on everything in the house that uses wifi. Restart router. Turn wifi on first on the iPhone. See how it goes.

Other possible solutions are resetting the phone (hold home+sleep button until restart) and/or manually connecting to the WiFi network (select "other" in WiFi and enter the details).

Done a full restore last night and it dropped again after it. Manually entering the wifi is the only thing I haven't done. I'll try that later thanks.

Another thing to check is does it drop on other WiFi networks as well or only on the one at home? If only on one it might be the router or other networks causing interference. Changing the channel in the router settings may help in this case.

    It's happening elsewhere as well.

The wifi chip is dying, soon it'll fail completely leaving wifi greyed out in iOS. Same thing happened to lots of 4S including my own after about 10 to 12 months.

    Get onto Apple ASAP.
