Hi I have tenants in my 2-bed apt. in Smithfield for the last two years. For the 5 years prior to that, I lived there. There have been plumbing issues recently. I agree with other posters the landlord should pay. I guess you will get chancers as landlords everywhere.

This is a landlord issue. Most apartments have pumps. Maybe you should check out a company that specifies in apartment pumps rather than a regular plumber.
