    Don't really know where to post this but thought here would be ok.

    Looking for people's experience and opinion of the contraceptive ring.

    Have you used it while breastfeeding?

    Do you mean the Neuva ring thing? I think that is combination of hormones and isn't suitable while Breastfeeding as it can severely reduce supply.

    I did all she could suggest was mini pill, but I worry about that one as it has to be taken at exactly the same time every day
