Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Hi

    I'm currently in the process of colorizing a B&W photo of my grandfather in his scouting uniform. I'm looking for a description of the uniform colours from the period. Would anyone know where this kind of info can be found?

    Scouting Ireland has a website, perhaps contact someone there? Do you know what 'unit' he was in. It might help you identify his neckerchief colours at least.
