Yeah poor aul Harry looks like he is finding it tough going out there.. :D
The long drives must be an absloute killer.

Rory: "Give us the driver there Harry"
    Harry: "Ahhhh phuck, not again...!"

    :D

Could he not hook it up to an aul powakaddy or the likes?

Doing ok already. One under after three with a 26 footer for birdie on the second. Spieth missed a 10 footer on the same hole after a birdie on the first. Still not great with his approach shots. Was about 12 yards short from 107 on the first, eight yards short from 105 on the second and 11 too long on the third. Spieth was even further out on that hole though.

Nice spread there for Harry to nail next one .

    1/2 joking.

To be fair, he was in the rough off the tee on the first. But he's after missing the green entirely from the fairway on the fourth at 133 yards.

It's a long walk back to the clubhouse from here Harry. ;)

:D We could get miles out of this.

It is worse - he left the raingear and umbrella in the car. His new shoes are feeling a bit tight and he left a banana in the bag for 4 days. He counted 4 balls in the bag and bizarrely 2 are Titleist and 1 is Nike and 1 is TM.

He just seen 5,000 dollars cash in one small pockets and
As for the Viagra in the other small pocket - he hasn't a clue how to even ask about that :P - not to mention who owns it.

Which has been his major failing over the past nearly 2 years at this stage.

Yes, he hit it 110 yards, 72 feet from hole. Left himself a 10 foot par putt which he missed. Shocking really.

And absolutely nothing to do with yardage uncertainty or caddy input.

To be fair, Spieth missed the same green and a 16 footer for par. He's also missed a 10 footer on the second. But Spieth hit the next green and birdied. Rory missed the green and got up and down.

    It's all a bit messy.

I think everyone at this stage knows Rory's wedge play is desperately poor. 40 foot from the hole with a 122 yard wedge. Hard to believe.

Everyone seems to know Rory or a buddy of Rory :)

My own take on having a buddy on the bag is that it's 2 important weeks and pretty much just needs someone to carry the bag. Harry will probably have very little input if Rory intends on taking more responsibility.

The lads I met are club professionals and played with Rory in his early days. They keep in touch with him.
I met them by chance on a course in Co. Down. I reckon they know what they're talking about tbh.

Rory has had 379 and 372 yard drives in the last two holes straight down the middle. That's just ridiculous.

Bad wedge cost him there. Three putted from 50 feet. :(

Did he just airmail the flag/green by 25 yards from centre of fairway with a wedge?

One over for the last two holes, with approaches from 108 and 140 yards. That's ridiculous!

He agrees. He's heading out to work on his wedges now before the rain starts. :)

He shoots a 67 and people still criticising him.

Because if he had any sort of a wedge game it would have been a 62

Maybe but around that course 67 is excellent shooting.

This is undeniably why he is not winning more often. Accurate long drives and over two strokes gained on the field putting and still not leading??? Look at Pieters numbers at -5 dont even compare

Even Spieth doesn't compare. On putting that is.

Fair play to Rory - but I expected him to get a boost.

Genuinely wouldn't surprise me after that if he has a 75 + over next few days and it peters out.

If he has a great tournament - I'll be very surprised and fair play to him if he does.
