Wireless mouse and Keyboard not working

    Just looking to see if anyone has any advice or previous experience with their HP wireless mouse and keyboard not working?

    I've done everything to get them working but to no avail, i don't think they're broken as both stopped working at the same time!

    The model is 5189urf

    if both stopped working at the same time id lokk at the receiver and or check if there was a driver update recently
