    Hi all:

We are not able to get wi-fi connection in one main large first floor room, everywhere else is fine.

Is there a booster or something to strenghten the wi-fi signal to that room?

    Thanks

You can try a range extender but I recommend to run a cable to the that room and hook up another WLAN router (if a cable is out of the question, a "home plug network" is the next best thing, also available with WLAN AP).

Well do you have no signal or low signal?
Low an atenna with higger gain will help. Im personally not a fan of the plug networks. If its only one room id assume it's low signal

if it low signal then get your self something like this antenna booster

persoally i like these type as you can actually drill a hole in a wall and pass it through to really extend in a direction

Try moving the router aerial horizontal if you're using a laptop. You get a better signal if transmitting and receiving aerials are orientated the samev way
