Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Does anyone else get the impression there is something wrong between Rooney and RVP?

Rooney could have squared it easily to RVP there for two nil and in the first half RVP got a shot off in the box when Rooney was clearly free.

When there is nothing on but a pass they are fine but when its a go for goal myself situation or lay it off to the better option it kinda shows. The don't seem very friendly to each other in general.

Rooney gave him a hug after his goal there. ;)

Definitely. I've been thinking the same for a while.

Rooney looked greedy there for that free. Was Van Persie asking him 'what the hell' after he took it? He was motioning to somebody. Could have been the ref?

Haha I could not have timed that post worse. In situations like that I think they are fine but when it comes to being selfish or making the best team choice in the box there seems to be an unhealthy bit of competition between them.

At first it seemed like it was all Rooney to me and lets be honest he has been the UTD top dog and RVP has come in and totally stole the limelight but against Chelsea Rooney had one or two shots where the pass to RVP was the better option. I think in turn this is leading to RVP being very pissed off looking lately, he in turn was used to being top dog at Arsenal and getting all the passes.

To me it just seems Rooney is out to prove he is the man at UTD and its leading to situations like we saw tonight and against Chelsea.
