    1x5@20/30//40/50/60/70
    1x3@80/90/95

    Step Ups 5x10/leg@40
    RDLs 5x10@40
    Supersets

    Feeling a bit stale, going to drop back to 3 day/week training for a while.
    Right knee feeling a bit off at bottom position of squats, fine on step ups though.
    Will drop squats for a while and just hammer Step Ups & RDLs
