Tesco only sells fast action dried yeast. Recipe says I need instant yeast.

Can I just add that or do I have to do something? Making pizza dough.

As far as I know they are one and the same. I've used either regardless of what the recipe said and it worked every time.
There is another type of dried yeast that you need to reactivate first. That wouldn't work.

for best results, I've always "activated" either type of yeast.

lukewarm water, teaspoon of sugar and stir in the yeast granules.

Leave it for about 10 minutes until it starts frothing, then add it to the dough mix.
