    Got my latest bill in the post yesterday, it says that I have a 30gb download allowance.
    When I log on to 'my eircom' it says I have 10gb.
    I have previously been charged for going over 10gb.

    So has something changed for the 30 gb to be on my bill?
    And why does it say 10gb online?

    This has happened to me to so I am very interested to hear the response from Eircom....?

    Eircom have recently increased the 10GB alowance to 30GB alownace however the 'my eircom' online service has not been fully updated with this information yet.
