    Hello - I received the following notification but still appear to be unable to access the cycling forum and cycling adverts sub forum:

    You should contact the Mod that banned you before starting a thread here

    As that was me, I've had a quick look and note that I upgraded your ban to permanent across Cycling and it's sub-forums on 13 October 2011 and PM'd you at the time about it
